LSD – Audio ft. Sia, Diplo, Labrinth

Hi to you all!

My last collaboration for the Studio Sauvage.tv

I did animation direction for this spectacular video clip.

What I did here was, all lip-sync on the balloon, and a very precise animatic (sort off, it was almost rough animated) of the trippy animation part, with all those tigers, clouds, SIA balloon, DIPLO rocket head, LABRINTH transformations….. and all the craziness I could think of!

The result I think it was pretty amazing, we all enjoy a lot going crazy with the animation!

Great song too from the collaboration of this great artists, forming LSD.

Enjoy good music and traditional animation!

Snails & Space Laces – Break It Down (feat. Sam King) [Official Music Video]

Here it is folks, the second part for the previous videos clip form Snails & Space Laces.

I did animation direction here mostly, and a couple of sequences all straight from my own hands, like the “conan” like character riding the bike and the ice cream monster chasing the girl, those I animate.

Hope you enjoy some crazy 2d traditional animation!

Snails & Botnek – Waffle House (Official Music Video)

I’ve been working for Sauvage.tv lately, very cool and talented studio at Barcelona.

Here it is one of the last contributions I make for them, some nice and cool animation for Snails & Botnek video clip.

Enjoy some nice 2d animation.

In case you are wondering what I did here:

Pizza heating a guy…..and another guy giving birth (sort of) to a double cheese bacon killing burger!

All the creatures running behind the poor girl trying to escape in the street….and many other things here and there.

Here a demonstration how we worked the animation for this cool video clip at Sauvage.tv.

All animation depicted in this video had been done by me.

The talented artists at Sauvage.tv make all the wizardry to make this bizarre guts, creatures and killer fast food, live within the movie.

Few months ago, I did animation for this cool Popsicle spot.

Simplistic and nice design, very cool to animate really.

Enjoy some traditional animation!

Jose Cuervo The Blacksmith Limited Edition, fx animation.

In 2014 I participate in this Jose Cuervo Limited Edition commercial.

I did FX animation, sparks, fire, steam, smoke and particles (except the steam in the final shot, which differs from the one I delivered)  Definitively easier to do in 2d traditional, than in a particle generator in CGI.

I did this gig for Unshiny Pictures, company based in Spain.

Enjoy some animation from the vault!

Cheers!

Duncan Studios had kindly shared this in their Facebook page.

It was one of the many shots I had animated for this feature film.

Was a very challenging shot due to the match of  CGI camera move and 2d traditional animation. A lot of love and effort I put on this shot, and it is rewarding to see how cool it looks after the excellent work of comp, BG and FX artists put into it!

Enjoy some cool traditional animation!

Cheers!
